- Class fees are due in
full upon registration and at least four days before a class begins to keep
class from being canceled. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. A $35
charge back fee is assessed for returned checks.
- You may register by
phone. Have credit card ready and ask Sales Associate to if there is a supply
list or preparation before the first class. We will fax or email a supply list
upon request.
- Classes will be
canceled four days before class if enrollment is not sufficient.
- Refunds will be given
only if Hen House Quilts cancels class. Transfer to another class or in-store
credit is granted only if your space can be filled.
- In-store credit is
good for one year after receipt date.
- Students will be given
a 10% discount on supplies purchased at Hen House Quilts for their particular
class and when a discount is possible. Some instructors will supply kits for
their students to purchase through Hen House and may not allow a discount.
- There are three irons
and ironing boards available to students, but fabric should be pressed before
class when possible.
- Hen House Quilts
makes every effort to have all supplies for classes available, and we
appreciate your support of our shop. It is your purchases and support that make
it possible to continue offering classes and keeping up to date on the newest
products and techniques available.
